I stay in Centurion South Africa. I am married to Rita and we have 2 kids – Lourens who is married to Anita and they have a son called Ethan and Natacha who is engaged to Mustafah Alilousch (from Morocco) and they have a son called Zain. I am one of only a few Wintle’s in South Africa and was very fortunate to meet my dad’s niece (also on your website) Cheryl on a visit to Cape Town. I am also in contact with Bev Heslin nee Wintle (also on your website) who used to stay in Zimbabwe and is currently staying in Reading in the UK. My wife and myself went to visit them 3 years ago and we are planning another visit (hopefully soon). Thanks for a great site where I can browse through all the Wintle’s of the World. Currently my side of the Wintle’s are just me, my sister Yvonne and my immediate family.

Hi I live in Cape Town and work in the office of a film production company in the city. My father's name was Leslie Gordon Wintle and his dad was John Arthur Wintle. He (my dad) also told me the story that 3 brothers came to SA from Wales - the same story as Robert Lawrence Wintle.My father had two brother's - one of them Arthur Peter John Wintle lived in Welkom in the Free State (South Africa) and the other one was Norman Wintle - who as I understand it - had two children - Robert and Barbara.
I am very excited to (at last) hear from other Wintle's in SA. I have been feeling as though I was dropped here by an alien as I could find no connection anywhere. Hope to hear from you as soon as possible. Best regards Cheryl Wintle

My father Michael Wintle is the son of the late Bo Wintle who was a WP rugby captain. He also coached the springbucks. My mom Judith was a Southey from Colesburg.
I married Geoffrey Mohr and we have five lovely kids. We live on a farm in Philippi. We run a stableyard as I have always loved horses. My husband is a pig farmer. Look at our site for additional info.
