Treasurer: Vonnie says the money is slowly trickling in and we should
be OK. Weyerhaeuser sent a cheque for $2500.00.
Prize Patrol: committee is just getting geared up to start
shopping. Donna will get number of grads from Scott so we have a starting
point.
Decorating: Committee is meeting twice a week now. Decorations
are in a different store room now
Volunteer Co-ordinator: Terri says things are slowly coming together and she
will start contacting people.
Designated Driving: Val is concerned that there will be no drivers for
upcoming summer bookings. Announcement will be made
with this in mind. Have raised about $2800.00 this year.
Limits for driving area are usually east to Airport Road, west to Johnson Road, north to Aberjade Trailer Park and south to 502. So give and take is used
and Val said only adults do any driving any further out.
