Meeting was called to order at
Committee Update Reports
Decorating – May have a
renter or buyer for decorations. It was approved that Suzanne may negotiate a
price for these items and bring it back to the committee. In regards to the
expanded storage it was learned that an additional 40 sq ft will cost close to
$300 / yr more.
Designated Driver – working on over summer program
Entertainment – All OK Buss and driver confirmed
Food
– All going well and on line
Prize Patrol – Reminder that prizes and gifts are given as is and
are not to be returned. Want to make up a sign to be posted at the arena on
grad night detailing the prizes that will eb handed out and what will be available
to bid on. Letters to donors, how are thank yous going out. Indicated that add
will be placed in the paper and also individual thank yous will be sent out.
This will be covered in the post event meeting.
Volunteers – Still need 4-6 people for between
Treasurer – All OK Please send in bills to be paid. No late fees please.
Miscellaneous Items
List in office 5
pages of guests signed in (15 per page) and one week left to sign in.
Only 2 orders in
for Bev Robinson photos. It was well advertised and due by Wednesday.
Bag check will
begin at approx 5:45. Marlene indicated she could help and also it was thought
that Lorraine Wyder was interested in helping.
Will need extra
bodies for security on the gift table when it is set up to ensure that gifts
are not grabbed.
Chaperones will need
to be trained to keep moving around, check doors and also behind benches and
looking in different places as students can get creative.
